The candidate will served as a solution expert, responsible for developing solution and meeting business goals. Technical lead will be guiding a high velocity, multi-functional development team focused on program deliverables. Activities will include daily oversight of development and enhancement of a single or multiple platforms; design, develop and lead sprint execution. The role will require flexible thinking as the team works to integrate existing business and technology concepts with innovative design to deliver a practical and scalable platform.
Design, develop, test and implement technical solutions based on business requirements and strategic direction.
Own end to end design for the platform, solution delivery and execution and code quality.
Lead sprint execution with developers.
Collaborate with peer teams, technology platform owner, product manager/owner, enterprise architecture and platform support teams to ensure delivery of production into Production.
Work collaboratively and effectively with quality assurance engineer teams, DevOps to ensure all SDLC processes are adhered to.
Assess opportunities for platform/application and process improvements.
Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems.
Hands on Web and C#/ .Net development experience integrating multiple application platforms.
Utilize and build RESTful and SOA backend services.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and application integration partners.
Application resiliency, scalability and performance design.
Quick prototyping skills leveraging Visual Studio and/or other tools to create stub services etc.

Technical Lead with minimum 10+ years of extensive design and implementation of complex systems in Web, .Net stack and web services (REST/SOAP).
Full stack developer with 10+ years of experience in web/service oriented application.
Excellent understanding of SOA principles and design patterns.
Hands on experience in SQL server procedures, views, indexes and performance tuning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Risk management, contingency planning.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Innovative, self-driven and quick learner abreast of latest technologies
MS Visual Studio, Microsoft TFS, Visio, Postman, SoapUI, SQL Server Query Execution Tools.
Experience in writing unit tests using any of these technologies VS Tests, NUnit, JUnit, MUnit, Jasmin/Karma is a plus.
Team City, Octopus, Jira
Hands on experience implementing self-service portals.
Experience developing customer service applications.
Development in AI and Chatbot space.
Should have a good sense for Code Architecture and Design Principles.
Awareness/knowledge with PaaS/IaaS cloud-native applications.
Knowledge of estimation, tools and principles
