Role Overview

The Senior Business Analyst, advisor facing technology will be part of an innovative, entrepreneurial, high-performing team. The Senior Analyst will support the team’s decision making and overall efficacy through utilizing requisite data and reporting. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for management reporting, executive presentations, market-sizing, targeted competitive intelligence, and economic modeling in partnership with other key internal partners. The Senior Analyst role will provide you deep knowledge of our enterprises businesses—allowing you to have a bright career path.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements from users; document analysis using business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
  • Schedule and lead requirements and design discussions with customers of all levels throughout the company including executives
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
  • Translate business requirements into a solution and analyze tradeoffs between effort and return on value. Socialize these tradeoffs with the project team and stakeholders
  • Manage and ensure requirements are met through the entire SDLC process by participating in design discussions, QA, UAT and deployment
  • Be a liaison between the application development team, other technology teams and project and relationship managers
  • Ensure requirements and test cases have appropriate sign offs and solutions are effective.
  • Actively work to resolve issues when requirements clarification is needed or to facilitate sign off on test cases

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of BSA/BA capacity
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies

Preferences

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) experience or certification
  • Experience with workflow diagram software (Visio)
  • Experience with account or cash management systems
