Job Overview:

LPL Financial is seeking a Program Manager to join our Real Estate team supporting Advisor Real Estate, which is growing rapidly with the expansion of ancillary services offered to our advisors. Real Estate is focused on managing both Corporate Real Estate and Advisor Real Estate portfolios, ensuring our facilities are maintained and properly cared for, effectively executing and managing projects, providing efficient mail and employee services, and ultimately ensuring the safety and security of our employees and customers.


  • Facilitate implementation of new site acquisitions nationwide, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines remain on track for successful and timely completion
  • Partner with functional leads, internal stakeholders, and third party vendors to actively manage execution, and monitor project milestones; including site selection, transaction management, project management, procurement, and accounts payable
  • Design and manage functional program management dashboards integrating activity status, data, and analytics from each functional team.
  • Coordinate with landlords, third party vendors, advisors, and internal stakeholders on the review, approval, and or execution of leases, amendments, assignments, estoppels, SNDA, Certificate of Insurance requests or other portfolio related documentation.
  • Serve as an internal data steward for lease administration, reporting, analytics and validation related to portfolio leases and related documents.
  • Support functional leads in day to day follow up and coordination

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate
  • 5 years' of relevant experience in program management or project management
  • Proven project coordination abilities including attention to detail, information organization, timeline tracking, and comprehensive communication across teams and organizational levels.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; takes initiative to align stakeholders, build productive relationships and cross-functional connections.
  • Technical savvy with strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Critical thinking skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and develop solutions to improve processes and project outcomes.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment, and able to multi-task and prioritize project work


  • Experience in corporate or commercial real estate, facilities operations, or construction
  • Smartsheet experience
  • Paralegal certification
