The Senior Analyst, Branch Operations role is part of LPL’s Field Management team. Field Management provides end-to-end leadership support to employee advisors and staff, managing personnel, practices, and properties in order to drive growth and retention. As part of the Field Management team, you will have the opportunity to directly live out LPL’s mission: We take care of our advisors, so they can take care of their clients.
As Senior Analyst, Branch Operations, you will have responsibility for ensuring that our advisors and staff have the work environments and resources they need to be successful. Your primary focus will be on the successful set-up and ongoing maintenance of our national branch office footprint.
Manage the set-up of new branch offices (IWG) within defined timeframes; manage project from lease execution to onsite set-up (repair, furniture, decor, signage, supplies, technology)
Manage branch set-up stock (décor, signage, supplies), ensuring that there is enough inventory to support committed deals and other net-new branch office builds
Create new/manage existing branch operations guidelines and procedure documents; provide education to advisors and staff
Field all branch operations inquiries, reaching out to the appropriate internal (corporate real estate) and external partners (property managers) to respond and/or resolve requests efficiently
Act as a technology liaison, serving as the point of contact for corporate technology upgrades and rollouts
Maintain all branch operations vendor relationships, partnering with strategic sourcing and procurement on purchase orders, expense coding and more; manage short-term payment needs for ad hoc items
Build strong relationships with internal business partners, advisors and staff, gathering learnings to inform the build-out of a branch operations strategy that future hires can follow

Willingness to travel (estimated to be 30% or less)
Ideally, 1 - 3 years of relevant branch operations experience
Proficiency with MS Office
