The primary role of the Wealth Advisor Assistant is to provide administrative support to an advisor or team of advisors, including any and all daily, monthly, and annual tasks. The Wealth Advisor Assistant helps the advisor maintain his or her practice and deliver positive results for the advisor’s clients.

Preparing documents for client appointments
Responding to client inquiries and requests
Setting appointments with clients and prospective clients
Maintain required compliance with broker/dealer and regulatory requirements
Assist in the use of client relationship management software and financial planning software
Maintain communication with current clients through on-going mailings, email and phone calls

Prefer previous experience in the financial services industry
College degree strongly preferred
Securities registrations desirable but not required
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent client service and communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Work independently as well as function as part of a team
The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
