Job Overview:
The Delivery Center of Excellence (CoE) provides centralized services for stakeholders to support them successfully transit to Agile ways of working. The Agile Coach trains technology teams on the Agile methodology and provides coaching to Agile practitioners and teams to ensure effective outcomes for the organization.
The Agile Coach works closely with Agile Teams and Agile practitioners across the enterprise. This role supports the following EMPO service offerings:
Governance (e.g., tools, training, etc.)
Stakeholder Management
Change and Communications Management
Agile Coaching – Coaches the team's stakeholders and multiple organizations within LPL on Agile mindset and methodologies, and relevant processes.
PI Planning– Designs PI planning processes for products and drives this work for the department / organization. Coordinates effectively with relevant stakeholders and manages expectations.
Scrum Knowledge– Coaches team's stakeholders to understand & apply Agile principles. Sought out by other experienced Agile practitioners for coaching. Ability to facilitate Agile practices with a team or in a workshop environment.
Servant Leadership– Excellent listening skills. Actively seeks feedback from the team and stakeholders. Influences relevant leadership to remove impediments creating the context for high performing teams. Facilitates resolution of conflicts within the team.
Solution Architecture – Responsible for the solution architecture at the department/organization level. Designs solution architecture structure and integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs. Provides input to enterprise level solution architecture.
Value Delivery – Uses tools to demonstrate and communicate vision and value delivery by helping the team to deliver a functional release plan. Makes effective and rapid decisions without being certain of the outcome. Accountable for extracting lessons learned from failures and mistakes.
Communication – A trusted leader who can effectively communicate difficult messages in a way that motivates the recipient of the message.
Customer-centricity– Leads the department/organization in customer-centric mindset and coaches team members and colleagues to continually keep customer at center of work and process development.
Influencing - Ability to impact actions, behaviors and opinions of stakeholders toward a desired outcome or to remove impediments. Influences the direction of ACDC organization.
Knowledge of Agile Product Delivery – Embraces and promotes the DevOps culture and mindset. Establishes set of technical practices that allows teams to provide solutions to the customer without handoffs or excessive external production or operations support.
Lean-Agile Mindset – Helps team's stakeholders to understand and apply Agile thinking and methodologies.
Stakeholder Management – Leads the development of stakeholder management strategies. Builds long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders (internal and external). Facilitates the engagement of stakeholders and delivery of services and change projects, acting as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders. Leads actions to improve relations and open communications with and between stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Provide education, training, and coaching to various roles and Agile delivery teams on Agile principles. Partners with stakeholders and brings best practices.
Provide individuals and teams with feedback and means of improvement regarding an Agile mindset, Agile ways of working, and Agile methodologies. Answer Agile related questions.
Forge strategic partnerships that allow for open and honest communication where teams and individuals can challenge each other, and feedback is welcome. Work with stakeholders to drive improvements in Agile maturity.
Demonstrate material progress towards achieving higher performing Agile teams and improved business outcomes across all Agile coaching touchpoints.
Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships supporting Agile product development.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach
5+ years of experience in Scrum
2+ years of experience in Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
1+ years of experience in Kanban
5+ years of experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
Core Competencies:
Strong leader, educator, and coach
An excellent communicator and motivator
Preferences:
Scrum Coach certification
Scrum Master certification
Experience coaching at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies
Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
Pay Range:
