Position Summary: This newly created role in the Total Rewards function will operate in a matrixed environment providing operational support to Sales leadership while supporting Human Capital initiatives. The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is a must. This position provides sales administration support to Sales management, Finance and Human Capital.
Provide reporting and metrics on sales incentive eligible population at LPL. Maintain up-to-date employee lists Ensure accuracy of compensation data between Workday, Commissions dept. and Sales leadership. Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Analyze current processes to recommend improvements for efficiencies and/or centralization Create and deliver comprehensive and consistent communication for ICP eligible employees and managers. Provide training on sales documentation process and assess possible training needs on sales plan design and incentive compensation payout education First point of contact for sales employees and management on sales administration related questions Manage and communicate the annual sales documentation process (delivery of PAFs, Plan Design Summaries, etc) in Q4 each year, as well as overseeing documentation requirements for new hires and transfers throughout the year. Work on special projects such as process improvements, data analysis/compilation, presentations, report building, etc.

Minimum Education required: Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum Experience required: 1-3 years of business experience
