Lead the Advisor, Platform & Pricing Analytics team, which resides within Corporate FP&As Gross Profit Analytics group and plays an instrumental role in pricing and profitability decisions at LPL Financial. The ideal candidate has sound judgement and a proven history of utilizing large datasets to frame business decisions and their financial impacts for executive management. This team is also responsible for timely delivery of recurring reporting centered on gross profit and profitability metrics
Collaborate with Corporate Strategy on pricing proposals, leading financial modeling and data analytics for management to effectively understand financial implications of potential pricing changes
Project based pricing and profitability analytics
Prepare and distribute reporting packages to senior management with a high degree of accuracy
Partner with business units across the firm to develop qualitative and quantitative processes to make better business decisions
Identifying and implementing automated solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy of data processes
Ad hoc analysis, modeling, and additional responsibilities as required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics (or a related discipline)
7+ years of experience in finance or analytics
Expert in Microsoft Office Suite
Effective communication, presentation and writing skills
Detail oriented with insight to determine applicability of big picture analysis
Advanced analytical / problem solving skills
Knowledge of the wealth management industry, products, and services
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
