Assoc Analyst, Operations

The analyst will be responsible for leading and participating in large firm level projects such as escheatment, margin projects, ad-hoc audits or firm level initiatives.

The candidate will have the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.  They will have strong organizational skills and be able to track large amounts of data from beginning to end in an auditable format.  The individual should be able to  proactively identify issues or gaps and be able to escalate and resolve.  The individual will be a strong communicator and will be able to coordinate with multiple departments simultaneously in order to achieve results.  The individual must be able to prioritize key deliverables amongst competing priorities. 

The candidate should have strong excel skills and a knowledge of MS Access or SQL is preferred.  Knowledge of BETA, Documentum, Siebel, and other internal systems is also a plus.
