Join us as an Admin Solutions Associate within our LPL Business Solutions group.
Your role as an Admin Solutions Associate will be to provide administrative support to an Admin Solutions Consultant and our advisors daily. This is a new role within the rapidly growing Admin Solutions program. Success in the role means you are detailed oriented, have great communication skills and work efficiently in a fast paced environment. Your performance is measured by the quality and accuracy of each completed task. You’ll have training and shadowing opportunities to learn LPL systems, processes and financial industry basics in order to fully support your Admin Consultant and the Financial Advisor(s) he/she supports. You’ll learn from the ground up how the Admin Solutions group works!

Primary Role Responsibilities Include:
Daily direct communication with the lead admin and at times, the financial advisor
Complete daily tasks accurately and efficiently in a timely manner and communicate with the admin
Utilize the Admin Solutions task management system for tracking purposes
Work in a team setting to ensure tasks are completed
Working under the direction of the lead admin to complete operational and administrative tasks such as:
Move money requests
Opening new accounts
Excellent communication and listening skills
Attention to detail
Ability to adapt to change
Ability to utilize resources
Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Minimum 1 year of financial industry experience
