Associate Analyst, Video Conferencing

Job Overview:
This role involves an Audio Visual Technology experience, we White Glove support the MD’s and Executives. We stand by the company mission which allows us to focus on people, strategy, operating plan, collaborating effectively, and innovation and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Hotline support (phone/email etc.)

  • Create and provide daily/weekly/ad hoc reports

  • Programing and troubleshooting all display unites, including those not installed in house by AV

  • Test, deploy and maintain operability of all associated VTC assets

  • Respond to end-user service requests

  • Host large event/Town Halls in our Learning Center

  • Vendor management

  • White glove/Customer service support

What are we looking for?
We want strong collaborators who can deliver a world-class client experience. We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are client-focused, team oriented, and are able to execute in a way that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant Audio Video experience.

  • 3+ years of WebEx experience 

  • 3+ years of providing White glove/Customer service support

  • Must have 3 years of relevant Customer service experience

Core Competencies: 

  • Ability to conduct trainings/public speaking.

  • Demonstrated experience managing and supporting various collaboration tools such as Zoom, WebEx and Microsoft Teams.  

  • Identifying issues, repairing and replacing equipment as needed.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet internal deadlines and show effective time in crisis management skills.

  • Overall knowledge of Video Teleconferencing

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting  

  • Ability to work OT, as needed


Preferences:

  • Vendor management experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) Certification
