The Associate Wealth Consultant’s primary role is to provide efficient and scalable service to our advisor base through utilizing our Help Desk system. Providing professional and timely responses is essential. In addition, the Associate Wealth Consultant needs to be able to track and ensure completion of Help Desk tickets that involve other teams. This Associate Wealth Consultant will be the liaison between the Consulting Team and the Escalations Team.
Coordination of Advisor driven requests and inquires to internal constituents
Manage urgent Advisor requests & oversee the completion process of these urgent requests
Administer Advisor Specials pertaining to sensitive client accounts and information
Continuous support and communication to the Consulting Team
Develop an understanding & process around the Advisor experience
Adherence to deadlines pertaining to service level agreements and project conclusion dates
Interfacing with Team Leaders to address specific needs of Advisors
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Experience Required: (including years of experience): 0-4 years industry experience
Software/Systems Skills Required/Preferred: High level of proficiency of MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point and the ability to learn new software systems that are proprietary.
Understanding of financial investment vehicles and current market climate, Self-motivated with close attention to detail and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word, strong written and oral communication skills; must be strong in phone conversations, ability to work in a fast pace environment, ability to handle multiple projects, software and tasks at any given time in order to meet strict deadlines, ability to work with minimal supervision and to show initiative to take on new things without being prompted.
