AVP, Client Experience Data Analytics

Job Overview:

The CLR Client Experience Data Analytics, AVP, will be located in our Fort Mill or San Diego office and report to the VP, CX Strategy Enablement, within LPL’s Compliance, Legal and Risk (CLR) organization.

Responsibilities:

  • The AVP will build recommendations by synthesizing multiple types of data, developing assumptions in lieu of data and using external sources to help drive business learnings and strategy development
  • Serve as a thought partner with our CX strategy team by providing recommendations on hypothesis formulation, experimentation plans, and impact estimates
  • The analyst will define, implement and standardize metrics, reports, and dashboards leveraging Tableau
  • Answer ad-hoc analytic questions, contribute to decision-making through opportunity sizing, and train users to self-serve standard reports
  • Will collaborate both internally and externally to ensure reporting solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet the expectations of internal customers
  • Pursue data quality, troubleshoot data validation, and see issues through to resolution
  • Will ensure data collection and data processing is optimized to provide crystal-clear visibility into the impact and value of new initiatives and product releases
  • Partner directly with teams to effectively communicate requirements, prioritization, commitment to a co-owned, and evolving product strategy

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with analytics, product analytics, or other customer experience analytics
  • Highly proficient with advanced SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau)
  • Experience working with granular Clickstream data or other behavior tracking tools is required
  • Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, instill confidence, and motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, end-to-end quantitative thinking, A/B testing, and building DataMart's
  • Ability to turn data into a compelling narrative to help devise our strategy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
  • Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Proactive and inquisitive learner, seeks out, and capitalizes on opportunities for change that enhance the business, rather than reacting to circumstances.
