We are currently looking to hire an AVP, Senior Portfolio Manager to lead transaction management, lease administration, and asset strategies for all locations. This individual will be responsible for staying current on real estate market trends, using business acumen to assess financial and qualitative viability of site alternatives, and overseeing outside service provider resources to drive desired business outcomes.
•Manage critical dates and facilitate collaboration to determine long-term pipeline of transaction decisions
•Oversee integration of site selection, lease negotiation, financial analysis, project delivery and on-going lease administration to meet cost, quality, and lead time requirements of the business
•Effectively document and communicate trade-offs, constraints, and options to support informed decision making
•Create financial businesses cases in partnership with Finance and obtain necessary approvals
•Manage internal and external partners to deliver end to end results from site selection to occupancy to exit strategy
•Proactively communicate program objectives and results at peer, client, and senior leader level
•Evaluate portfolio and process performance and proactively recommend and implement improvements
•Actively participate in portfolio strategy and analysis for the entire real estate footprint
•Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years’ experience in commercial real estate, preferably in a transaction management, asset management, or tenant representation role including integration of project delivery
•Experience managing a portfolio ranging from serviced office memberships up to large multi-floor, multi-building campuses
•Proficient in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Strong understanding of lease negotiations, financial modeling, and lease contracts
• Lead real estate due diligence for mergers & acquisition
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry and dynamics of the • • financial advisor profession
•Ability to effectively negotiate with landlords and contractors, oversee real estate broker performance, and manage multiple stakeholders with different priorities
•Results oriented and outcome based
•Ability to effectively identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks
•Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify and model alternative scenarios
•Strong organization skills, process orientation and passion for being detail-oriented
•Comfortable working in fast-paced environment, and able to multi-task and prioritize project work
•Strong relationship and communication skills
•A highly respectful and personable approach to client and coworker interactions
•Must be capable of working autonomously to deliver transaction and project outcomes and manage milestones, taking ownership and accountability for results
