Job Overview:

The Full Stack Developer will serve as a solutions expert, responsible for developing solutions and meeting business goals. This position is a part of a high velocity, multi-functional development team focused on program deliverables. Activities will include daily development and enhancement of a single or multiple platforms; design and develop sprint execution. The role will require flexible thinking as the team works to integrate existing business and technology concepts with innovative design to deliver a practical and scalable platform.


  • Design, develop, test and implement technical solutions based on business requirements and strategic direction.

  • Deep understanding and seasoned on Web UI development using Container frameworks 

  • Develop end to end design for the platform, solution delivery and execution and code quality.

  • WebBased UI Performance Tuning industry best solution design

  • Collaborate with peer teams, technology platform owner, product manager/owner, enterprise architecture and platform support teams to ensure delivery of production into Production.

  • Working on Agile projects with CI/CD

  • Work collaboratively with quality assurance engineer teams, DevOps to ensure all SDLC processes are adhered to.

  • Assess opportunities for platform/application and process improvements.

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems.

  • Hands on Web and C#/ .Net development experience integrating multiple application platforms.

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and application integration partners.

  • Application resiliency, scalability and performance design.

What are we looking for?

  • 8+ years of extensive design and implementation of complex systems in Web, .Net stack and web services (REST/SOAP) with 5+ years of experience in web/service oriented application.

  • 5+ years of experience in AngularJS (ideally version 8+) .NET, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Bootstrap, JSON and REST services, SQL Server & Node development experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in SQL server procedures, views, indexes and performance tuning.

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Risk management, contingency planning

  • Innovative, self-driven and quick learner abreast of latest technologies


  • Experience writing unit tests using any of these technologies VS Tests, NUnit, JUnit, MUnit, Jasmin/Karma is a plus

  • MS Visual Studio, Visio, Postman, SoapUI, SQL Server Query execution

  • Strong understanding of SOA principles and design patterns.

  • Strong experience in Code Architecture and Design Principles

  • Team City, Octopus, Jira experience

  • Hands on experience implementing self-service portals.

  • Experience developing customer service applications.

  • Knowledge of estimation, tools and principles

  • Exposure to Cloud based application design and implementation.
