Job Overview:

The LPL Insurance Associates team within LPL’s National Sales & Consulting division is looking for an experienced relationship manager that will serve as the primary insurance point of contact for our largest bank/institutional relationships.  You will partner with the bank and carrier partners to deliver excellent training events, resolve issues and help grow insurance sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Help the bank/institutional partner achieve their insurance growth goals.
  • Resolve any insurance related issues raised by the bank
  • Partner with Carriers and the LPLIA team to deliver high quality advisor training events
  • Develop marketing and field engagement calendar for the bank
  • Drive bank NPS scores higher (both for advisors and bank program managers)
  • All other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • BGA or Carrier field wholesaling experience with Life and LTC/hybrid products
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance sales concepts especially in a bank setting
  • Ability to use data to help drive sale efforts
  • Strong relationship management and problem resolution skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Finance (or a related discipline) is preferred
