AVP - PMO Operations Lead

As PMO Operations Lead, you will focus on supporting the PMO leadership for operational needs.  This is an individual contributor position but will provide leadership across the department.

A PMO Operations Lead's key role is primarily tactical and requires solid planning capabilities.

A PMO Operations Lead is responsible for the overall operating needs of the department.  This includes planning and onboarding of PMO resources, managing the departmental operating budget on behalf of the department owner, and ensuring operational issues are discussed and addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordination of all PMO leadership meetings, and department town halls.
  • Providing department input for division town halls.
  • Maintaining operating budget tracking to ensure we stay on budget.
  • Perform monthly reviews with department owner on budget tracking and address issues with finance or the team.
  • Selected delegation responsibilities of the department owner.
  • Engages with PMO leadership on planning and execution.
  • Maintains PMO department org chart and data regarding all staff.
