Job Overview:
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects within the IIS organization. The main emphasis of this position will be the investment product and platform integration workstream for M&A and large deal activities that support the firm’s growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the creation and management of project plans and facilitating project meetings primarily focused on the investment product and platform integration workstream for M & A and large deal activities. Elements include;
Overseeing contra firm investment product and platform integrations (mapping to LPL investment product offerings for direct business, custodied brokerage and advisory).
Tracking progress, risks, actions, issues and dependencies across the workstream.
Providing reports/updates to the Integration Joint Governance team.
Identifying and raising any investment product and platform gap areas to key decision makers.
Responsible for working efficiently with individuals at all levels from the various business units within the organization.
Quickly identifying and solving emerging problems; knowing when to escalate issues to move concerns forward and, when faced with ambiguity, stepping into the void to find solutions.
Making independent informed fact-based decisions daily.
Having the experience, presence and poise to command the respect and trust of senior management and other highly driven and independent professionals is necessary.
Thriving in a fast paced team atmosphere with the confidence to adjust and adapt as priorities change.
Providing coaching and mentoring to junior team members.

Requirements:
Core Competencies:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Broad range of agile, SAFe 5.0, change management, program management, business, and leadership skills required.
Track record of successfully leading projects and/or programs in a growth organization.
Proven ability to manage concurrent complex projects and prioritize delivery.
Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to actively listen, problem solve, and communicate effectively with both technical and business partners at the highest levels inside and outside of the organization.
Ability to effectively manage program risk through risk identification, quantification and control using formal program management practices.
Preferences:
Demonstrated knowledge of LPL platform, products and services preferred.
PMP Certification preferred.
Experience as a people manager preferred.
Pay Range:
$99,080-$148,620/year
The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
