The Compensation Analyst will be a trusted business partner providing analytical solutions and will assist in providing consultative compensation advice to other HC partners and the Business. As a member of the team, you will support the compensation function in the design, development, and on-going analysis and management of company-wide compensation programs and initiatives.
Support the planning and administration of broad-based compensation projects and programs
Create insightful analysis, reports, and dashboards to analyze various compensation elements
Participate with the administration of the annual merit and bonus cycles from end-to-end including design, testing, communication, training and support of partners
Maintain the job and compensation structure including identifying outliers within the market
Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance of compensation-related data
Assist with the analysis of the annual benchmark process to ensure LPL maintains competitive pay practices
Provide guidance to Human Capital partners and Business Leaders on competitive pay practices
Responds to compensation surveys; analyzes results and market trends for useful insights
Model compensation data, develop reports and key metrics to support our pay for performance culture
Help develop effective and clear communications regarding compensation programs and processes.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or a combination of work experience in HR compensation
Minimum of 4 years of work experience in HR compensation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) as well as Excel, including the ability to create models, formulas, macros, etc.
Proven data analytical skills
Ability to work efficiently as a team
Strong attention to detail
Sensitivity in working with confidential information
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics in an easy to understand way
$61,440-$92,160/yearThe salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
