Job Overview:

This individual will play a key role in supporting the employee experience for the growing employee advisor channel by providing elevated HR generalist support to the business management team and the organization’s employees.  This individual will support our W-2 properties including Linsco practices and Allen & Co. and the broader Business Development organization.  The successful candidate will have an understanding of Human Resources across various disciplines and will operate with a sense of urgency to meet advisor and support staff expectations.


  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR programs that support manager effectiveness, employee career development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and engagement activities across various business lines

  • Provide direct support to the employees or business leaders in the employee advisor channel in creative problem solving and navigating Human Capital questions related to topics including Benefits, LPL Resources, enterprise activities and resources

  • Actively manage performance escalations and follow-up with managers and AVPs to ensure consistent oversight and appropriate documentation

  • Partnering with Human Capital center of excellence partners to help facilitate the HR onboarding experience for new employee advisors and their support staff, ensuring all paperwork and tasks are completed in a timely manner and communicating to managers, new employees and business partners throughout the process

  • Actively manage performance escalations and follow-up with managers and AVPs to ensure consistent oversight and appropriate documentation

  • Identify, prepare and conduct training as needed

  • Prepare and maintain materials to support initiatives with the client

  • Develop methods and procedures for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects, working closely with the HC Workforce Analytics team and HR Consultants


  • 5+ years of professional level experience in Human Resources

  • Experience working within the financial services industry and working with exempt and non-exempt populations preferred

  • Ability to partner effectively with Human Capital groups including employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development, payroll and HR Systems as well as cross-functional partners including compliance, legal and sales recruiting

  • Must be extremely organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a rapidly changing environment

  • Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times related to advisor and employee matters

  • Successful candidates will have a strong orientation around customer service, an advisor experience focus and strong verbal/written communication skills and high attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task, work on multiple priorities, work independently and as a team in an ambiguous and dynamic environment

  • Comfortable navigating and leveraging systems and tools such as Workday, Salesforce, Smartsheets and Excel
