Job Overview:

The Accounting & Pricing Manager in Performance and Data Reconciliation is a people leader who engages regularly with the team to understand members’ needs, discuss performance, and celebrate successes. The Manager addresses questions and concerns that affect the team as a whole and holds individual conversations of courage, empowerment, and aspirations to advocate and facilitate career development for the team and individuals across the business unit.


  • Meeting with staff and leadership to discuss performance and/or behavior. Ensuring that connection points with members of the team are frequent and timely to provide the applicable tools and resources and undercover opportunities to grow professionally/personally.

  • Extending effective communication and support to internal partners, peers, and clients. Providing a communication platform for teams and leading key initiatives within meetings.

  • Owning highly complex and escalated issues; communicating with advisors when needed. Ensuring a positive customer service experience across all business lines.

  • Assisting with the management of training for team members; checking in to ensure all employees are supported with training as it relates to content, system usage, culture, and career development.

  • Overseeing process improvement and implementation. Identifying and communicating gaps in to ensure correct information is provided to advisors and to enhance processes. Implement key success factors.

  • Leading, organizing, and owning all month-end Advisory Accounting & Pricing related activities, including sign-offs and approvals.

  • Overseeing the review, reconciliation, and supervisory control of data and providing detail-level analysis to external clients while meeting service level agreements.

  • Coordinating and allocating task and assignments across team members; analyzing OCM metrics and break volumes to communicate resource requests to leadership.

  • Owning and tracking external projects, requests, and special efforts related to processing and business as usual team functions.

  • Creating foresight and strategizing for future planning driven by trend analysis predictive reasoning.

  • FINRA SIE/Series 99 within 90 days of hire

  • Ability to coordinate all aspects of the vendor relationship, including contracts and business coverage

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

  • Willingness to make decisions autonomously, be accountable, and delegate

  • Approachable, relatable, and empathetic


  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills

  • Knowledgeable of a wide range of financial investment vehicles including Mutual Funds, Fixed Income Products, Options, Common Stocks, Variable Annuities, Managed Futures & Precious Metals

  • Basic understanding of time- and money-weighted performance calculation

  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills using Lean Six Sigma framework

  • Preferably, familiarity with Bloomberg/ICE and Robert A. Stanger Inc.
