We are currently looking to hire a Cash Manager within the Treasury department, which is a part of LPL’s finance organization. This position is the lead for the company's disbursements, treasury technology, cash positioning and cash forecasting. The cash manager is also responsible for overseeing bank account administration including opening / closing bank accounts as well as maintaining authorized signers and users.
Oversees daily cash positioning in all LPL bank accounts to ensure liquidity and funding needs are met in a timely manner
Coaches and manages direct reports to provide guidance on treasury best practices
Prepares cash flow forecasts and reports monthly cash metrics
Leads initiatives to streamline treasury processes and procedures
Responsible for escalations related to treasury operations
Acts as a liaison between Client Service, Cash Management, Client Compensation and other upstream departments to deliver timely and effective resolution of treasury related client issues
Communicates with banking partners to ensure smooth operation of all treasury operations activities
Responsibility for managing company's bank fee budget and overnight cash portfolio

Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or related field
5 years Corporate Treasury Operations and/or Cash Management Experience
Be able to obtain FINRA Series 99 within 90 days of hire
Understanding of payment methods (ACH, wire, checks) and treasury products / services
Good written and verbal communication, attention to detail and problem solving skills
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills that enable efficient identification of issues, structuring and execution of analysis, and development of actionable recommendations
Highly motivated and able to executein a fast paced, dynamic environment
Strong knowledge/interest in corporate finance and bank funding
1+ year Management Experience
Certified Treasury Professional
Experience using a treasury workstation
The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
