Ops Associate

We are currently looking for an Operations Associate to work in our Document Imaging operations group. The ideal candidate will be able to handle high volume mail by Sorting, Prep, and Scanning, as well as researching documents. The candidate will also be responsible for Quality Control and reviewing documents indexed by offshore users. Open and analyze over 500 document types for eight business units and identify the business process workflow.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree a plus
  • Minimum of 1-2 years operations or administrative experience
  • Exceptionally organized
  • Requires very strong attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be a team-player with a flexible and positive attitude
