Job Overview:
LPL Financial is seeking a Program Manager to lead its new Technology Rotation Program. This individual will be responsible for building and leading the program, including sourcing candidates, developing the structure and foundational components, managing the operations, ensuring the success of participants, and reporting key metrics to executive leadership. This individual will provide strategic insight towards the development of the function, as well as tactical execution of daily operations.
LPL’s Technology Rotation Program enables early career professionals to build company-wide, cross-functional experiences as they rotate through various Technology departments. Participants gain hands-on experience with technical tools, learn to lead across the organization and are at the forefront of networking, volunteering and strategy opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and maturation of the Technology Rotation Program
Create appropriate operating rhythms, meeting cadence, participant sourcing, expectations and program fundamentals to meet the needs of LPL Technology
Partner with stakeholders to understand talent needs across Technology and align analyst rotations to meet key skill gaps
Coordinate enrichment activities including the onboarding experience, guest speaker series, volunteer opportunities and end-of-rotation presentations
Serve as the point of contact for program participant and their functional managers
Facilitate performance review process, merit and bonus structure and feedback for participants as they rotate across the organization
Develop key metrics and performance data to measure the success and value of the program to LPL’s Technology organization
Ensure a rewarding and robust experience for program participants

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Management, or Human Resources
5+ years of experience in technology, human resource or career development
Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage resources and contribute to team deliverables.
A passion for coaching, mentoring and encouraging professional development
Preferences:
Prior experience building early career programs

Pay Range:
