The Technology team supports Infrastructure and Operations business unit by providing critical business systems and integration services. We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager / Scrum Master who will be part of the team.
Facilitates and drives the team through the agile ceremonies –foster a Lean-Agile leadership including (PI Planning at the team level, Iteration Planning, Standup, Retro, Inspect and Adapt Workshop, Iteration Review and Demo)
Release Planning and Execution
Ensure agreement and transparency across team including up to the RTE
Ensure JIRA is accurate and updated as required per Iteration
Capacity vs Load
Performs PI Planning prep & execution for the team
Ensures weekly, monthly and iteration reports are produced as required/requested for the team
Progress of PI Objectives
Commit to Complete Ratio (not all teams are at the level of maturity)
Backlog Revisions (meet definition of ready?)and Health (this is a product metric that some Scrum Masters review to ensure they have work planned for future iterations)
Manages Risk/Impediment Resolution,

8+ years of experience managing the development team’s project and maintenance activities from initiation to production support
8+ years of experience working collaboratively with Development teams, EA, QA, Release Management and Infrastructure teams to resolve technical requirements
8+ years of experience communicating and collaborating with various business units in regards to project and maintenance efforts
8+ years of experience creating, managing, and tracking project documentation such as: detailed project plans, budget, resource plans, status reports, risks/issues, etc.
8+ years of experience providing regular written and verbal communication to various audiences throughout the lifecycle of the project
8+ years of experience communicating issues & risks and help drive key decisions; help resolve project-related issues
8+ years of experience managing the day-to-day activities of projects and staff to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within scope & budget
8+ years of supporting SDLC processes and manages project documentation
