Job Overview:
The Senior Analyst must be an analytical, highly-motivated problem-solver who is able to move fluidly between details while staying attuned to the macro vision of the Growth Solutions Team. The primary responsibilities of this role will include ICP processing, sales analysis and project management. Cross functional collaboration between the various Growth Solutions and LSG stakeholders is key. In addition, this role will contribute to time-sensitive and ad-hoc projects and materials requests, as well as play a key role in process standardization and simplification, sales operations management.
Responsibilities:
Provide sales analytics and reporting support
Analyze existing and future state business processes, systems and flows of data to identify and drive optimization opportunities for Salesforce
Provide functional leadership and best practice insights.
Work with business stakeholders to understand processes, prioritize needs, and translate requirements into system solutions.
Document business processes, requirements, and solution designs
Work with training team and change management resources to support training needs
Support delivery of our Incentive Compensation Plan and serve as point of contact and collaborator between the VP of Business Management, Sales Leadership, and Finance.
Assist in the development of compensation committee materials (5x/year).
Adhoc incentive compensation related requests as needed
Analyze current processes to recommend improvements for efficiencies and/or centralization.
Manage special projects such as process improvements, data analysis/compilation, presentations, report building, etc.
Develop and present project status updates
Drive cross-functional change efforts throughout Growth Solutions on behalf of the VP of Business Management and Chief of Staff
Develop materials and power point presentations

Preferences:
Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point
Proficient in Salesforce
Working knowledge of data processing and visualization tools such as Altryx, Tableau, and SQL
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization
Strong attention to detail
Pay Range:
$74,680-$112,020/year
The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
