The Senior Analyst must be an analytical, highly-motivated problem-solver who is able to move fluidly between details while staying attuned to the macro vision of the NSM Team. The primary responsibilities of this role will include ICP processing, financial analysis, and project management. Cross functional collaboration between the various NSM stakeholders is key. In addition, this role will contribute to time-sensitive and ad-hoc projects and materials requests, as well as play a key role in process standardization and simplification
Support delivery of our Incentive Compensation Plan and serve as point of contact and collaborator between the VP of Business Management, Sales Leadership, and Finance.
Assist in the development of compensation committee materials (5x/year).
Adhoc incentive compensation related requests as needed
Analyze current processes to recommend improvements for efficiencies and/or centralization.
Manage special projects such as process improvements, data analysis/compilation, presentations, report building, etc.
Develop and present project status updates
Drive cross-functional change efforts throughout NSM on behalf of the VP of Business Management and Chief of Staff
Track and analyze NSM budget / expense management; provide trend analysis to VP of Business Management and Chief of Staff
Respond to ad hoc budget inquiries
Develop materials and power point presentations
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
2+ years’ experience working in Incentive Compensation or related financial field
Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point
Working knowledge of data processing and visualization tools such as Altryx, Tableau, and SQL
Working knowledge of Incentive Compensation Management Software such as Xactly Incent is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization
Strong attention to detail
