Investor Focus Solutions is a part of the LPL Services Group (LSG), a growing professional services company within LPL Financial that helps advisors and institutions execute on their biggest opportunities. Part of LPL’s Planning and Advice Services group, the Investor Focused Solutions (IFS) team plays a central role in helping advisors reshape their practices by serving end-investors on their behalf using a virtual call center model. This role will serve as a critical partner for advisors and LPL divisions to understand how IFS can help transform and grow their wealth management practice.
Drive awareness and utilization of IFS capabilities with advisors
Coordinate and lead partner enablement across various LPL business units to promote engagement with IFS
Present new technology capabilities to advisors in a one-on-one and group settings
Manage sales pipeline to track new opportunities and facilitate the “transfer journey”
Implement new sales processes and pilots for various advisor affiliation models
Be an effective point person for all inquiries related to IFS Field Engagement
What are we looking for?

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including virtual and live presentations
3-7 years of experience in the Financial Services industry preferably as a wholesaler, wealth consultant/practice management, advisor, or recruiter
Demonstrated sales success
Bachelor’s degree required
FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or both 63 and 65) preferred
