Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Overview:

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will work to provide technical solutions based on business requirements and strategic direction. The Sr. Engineer will work with cutting edge technology in a fast-paced, large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end to end design for the platform, solution delivery and execution and code quality.

  • Collaborate with peer teams, technology platform owner, product manager/owner, enterprise architecture and platform support teams to ensure delivery of production into Production.

  • Work collaboratively and effectively with quality assurance engineer teams, DevOps to ensure all SDLC processes are adhered to.

  • Assess opportunities for platform/application and process improvements.

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems.

  • Design business processes and integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications and other applications include telephony software, chat and other channels.

  • Utilize and build RESTful and SOA backend services.

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and application integration partners.

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

  • Full Stack developer with 5+ years of experience in service oriented application.

  • 5+ years of experience in design and implementation of complex system integration using .Net stack and web services.

  • 3+ years of experience working with C#, JavaScript, JSON and REST services.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SQL server procedures, views, indexes and performance tuning. Also, 3+ years working in an Agile environment.

  • Tooling Experience (1+ year of each):

    • MS Visual Studio, Microsoft TFS, GitHub, Visio, Postman, SoapUI, Azure DevOps, Team City, Octopus, JIRA.

Preferences:

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics integration patterns.

  • Experience of leading/working through SDLC processes for 5 or more projects.

  • Enterprise delivery experience in a financial services organization.

  • Exposure to Omnichannel integration.

  • Experience in CRM, AI, Chatbot and Voice enabled Services space.

  • Experience with Azure Event Hubs or any other similar Pub-Sub technology, including Azure Service Bus and/or enterprise message queueing systems.

  • Hands on design experience with Web Services is needed to be successful in this position.

  • Strong understanding of cloud implementation, awareness/knowledge with PaaS/IaaS cloud-native applications.

  • Experience with entitlement and identity management design and implementation.

  • Design and SDLC documentation, authoring and presentation experience.

  • Excellent understanding of SOA principles and design patterns.

  • Should have a good sense for Code Architecture and Design Principles.
