The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will work to provide technical solutions based on business requirements and strategic direction. The Sr. Engineer will work with cutting edge technology in a fast-paced, large enterprise environment.
Own end to end design for the platform, solution delivery and execution and code quality.
Collaborate with peer teams, technology platform owner, product manager/owner, enterprise architecture and platform support teams to ensure delivery of production into Production.
Work collaboratively and effectively with quality assurance engineer teams, DevOps to ensure all SDLC processes are adhered to.
Assess opportunities for platform/application and process improvements.
Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems.
Design business processes and integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications and other applications include telephony software, chat and other channels.
Utilize and build RESTful and SOA backend services.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and application integration partners.

Full Stack developer with 5+ years of experience in service oriented application.
5+ years of experience in design and implementation of complex system integration using .Net stack and web services.
3+ years of hands-on experience in SQL server procedures, views, indexes and performance tuning. Also, 3+ years working in an Agile environment.
Tooling Experience (1+ year of each):
MS Visual Studio, Microsoft TFS, GitHub, Visio, Postman, SoapUI, Azure DevOps, Team City, Octopus, JIRA.
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics integration patterns.
Experience of leading/working through SDLC processes for 5 or more projects.
Enterprise delivery experience in a financial services organization.
Exposure to Omnichannel integration.
Experience in CRM, AI, Chatbot and Voice enabled Services space.
Experience with Azure Event Hubs or any other similar Pub-Sub technology, including Azure Service Bus and/or enterprise message queueing systems.
Hands on design experience with Web Services is needed to be successful in this position.
Strong understanding of cloud implementation, awareness/knowledge with PaaS/IaaS cloud-native applications.
Experience with entitlement and identity management design and implementation.
Design and SDLC documentation, authoring and presentation experience.
Excellent understanding of SOA principles and design patterns.
Should have a good sense for Code Architecture and Design Principles.
