Service Representative III

Key Responsibilities includes:
 Call/Queue Management, Ownership of Work (80%)
Take Advisor/employee calls (inbound and outbound) with a focus on quality service and accuracy.
Own the customer experience (internal or external) from the phone call, including timely resolution of Service Requests.

Operating Model/Continuous Process Improvement Focus (5-10%)
Participate and support in daily huddles as needed.
Identify trends and suggest operational improvements to the team/Manager.

Training (5-10%)
Actively participate in customer service, operational, and technology training.
