In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to assist our rapidly changing Documentation & Information Governance team with database entry and formation. In addition, this position offers the opportunity to work one on one with trained individuals to understand business structures and how legal governance affects and changes business processes. No database creation knowledge is required, but a want to learn is.

Position Overview


  • Assist the Documentation & Information Governance team with database entry
  • Ability to glean needed information from documentation
  • Assist with editing of documents for clarity
  • Flexibility to change tasks as needed
  • Suggest and implement improvements to current workflow

Other Duties/Skill Requirements

  • College student who will have completed their sophomore or junior year in 2020
  • Ability to visualize relationships between information quickly
  • Able to take direction from multiple parties while managing tasks
  • Flexibility to work one on one, with teams, or independently
  • A desire to learn and to take charge of improving needed skills

Internship Standard Length

Monday through Friday 8-4:30

Skills & Qualifications

  • We prefer students in the Data Science, Mathematics, English or related programs, but encourage other students to apply.
  • 3.0 Minimum Overall GPA Required
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Access is preferred
  • SQL or similar database program knowledge is preferred
