SR Analyst – BRT- Business Reinvention Team

LPL Financial is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Analyst to join the Business Reinvention organization. The candidate should have excellent communication and analytical skills to interface with business and develop futuristic operating models. He/She will strategize with the team to develop innovative cutting-edge solutions with a focus on process improvement, operational cost reduction, better compliance and improving the experience of our advisors, investors and employees and comfortable with working in a fast-paced agile environment.

Experience in finance domain is preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business teams to understand the current process, policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Business Architect to develop the futuristic operating model for business.
  • Develop and present business case for process improvement and optimization.
  • Develop requirements, user stories for automation solutions.
  • Identify key business metrics and market environment to develop compelling transformation scenarios.
  • Create management reports and present them as needed.
  • Be a change agent to help business move towards digital transformation.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be very nimble and able to work in a highly collaborative team environment. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • Experience in financial domain.
  • Proficient with Process Modeling and User Story Development.
  • Proficient with MS Office Products especially excel and PowerPoint decks to share findings.
  • Experience in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Driven individual, always seeking to improve and grow a plus.
  • Handle pressure well; you will be working with the senior team on advancing initiatives based on information and recommendation you provide.


  • Business Analysis: 2+ years
  • Broker Dealer Experience: 1+ years
  • Process Modeling/Mining : 2+ years
  • Business Case Development: 2+ years


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Preferred major in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, MIS
