Job Overview:
The Senior Analyst, Procurement and Vendor Management role is part of LPL’s Corporate Real Estate team, supporting our advisor real estate. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to directly live out LPL’s mission: We take care of our advisors, so they can take care of their clients.
You will have responsibility for ensuring that our advisors and staff have the work environments and resources they need to be successful. Your primary focus will be on procurement and vendor management support for the project management and transactions team for leasing and building out our employee advisor offices – you will help to ensure a smooth integration with LPL.
Responsibilities:
Work with internal and external partners to efficiently handle vendor contracts and invoices through our Ariba system
Partner with functional leads, internal stakeholders, and third party vendors to actively manage execution, and monitor project milestones; including site selection, transaction management, project management, procurement, and accounts payable
Serve as an internal data steward for proposals, PO’s/BPO’s, invoicing and billing related to project management and transaction management
Interface with staff of recently acquired or upcoming practices to gather more in-depth vendor due diligence information
Partner closely with Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team on project management, ensuring that they have what they need to execute on the short-term and long-term approaches for each vendor

Pay Range:
$70,000-$105,000/year
The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
