Job Overview:
The Senior Analyst, Sales Support will help develop the go-to-market process, and outline a sales strategy that enables sales professionals to outperform goals. You’ll provide analytical expertise in the development and support of various sales enablement projects and complex data analysis. You have a deep understanding of performance tracking, and you’ll leverage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, and advocate for continued optimization through experimentation and testing.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a thought partner and content expert to our sales organization, helping structure and solve complex issues
- Support business development and go-to-market efforts, contributing research and analyses to sales and marketing efforts
- Collect and manage lead and pipeline data to support proactive outreach, pipeline management, and sales pull-through
- Create and deliver timely, accurate analysis, reports, and associated management presentations on a recurring and ad-hoc basis
- Develop command of sales pipeline and define major KPIs and metrics to track on an ongoing basis
- Design workflows and playbooks for sales teams throughout all stages of the sales cycle to support rapid acceleration of growth and increased efficiency and productivity
- Facilitate regular business reviews with Sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales acceleration
- Document processes, project plans, and sales strategies with associated data analysis
What are we looking for?

Requirements:
- 4+ years of strategy, business management, or sales enablement experience in a high-growth B2B environment or operational experience in a business insights / analytics role
- Strong problem-solving mindset, analytical skills, and judgment
- Proactive self-starter with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness
- Experience with the B2B sales cycle and leveraging data to identify opportunities to increase sales
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint presentation development; Tableau a bonus
- Advanced experience using Salesforce Lightning and related objects: Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns, Contacts, and Activities
- Has an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
- Is a highly effective communicator with a successful track record of building strong relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in in business administration, finance, sales, marketing or related field
Preferences:
- Experience in the independent financial advice space highly preferred
