Joining as a Senior Analyst, Business Systems, which is within the Technology business unit, you will be responsible for designing and leading solutions based on business strategy and requirements. This role will also include providing leadership and guidance to the team’s development efforts towards successful product delivery and support.
Liaison with Business, Product and Development teams to review and document functional requirements.
Document, manage requirements, stories and project progress for Agile SCRUM teams.
Collaborate with other Development teams, Enterprise Architecture and Support teams to design, develop, test and maintain the case management system and its integration with other systems.
Manages customers’ expectations and ensures Technology solutions meet customers’ needs.
Participate in planning, verification and validation of failover, high availability, platform/infrastructure characterization and disaster recovery.
Partner with multiple teams to triage and troubleshoot defects and Technology related issues.
Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project support
Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance Advisory Platforms and its related products and platforms.
Ensure service level agreements and contingency activities are covered related to system/application availability.

Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field.
5+ experience/in-depth knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes.
Experience in the following:
3 + years working in the following Methodologies: Agile, SDLC, SAFe
3+ years of experience in Wealth Management platform
5+ year of experience in a Product Owner or Manager for a high performing platform management and software development team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exemplary collaboration, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Superior ability in multi-tasking and appropriate prioritization of tasks and delivery work on time.
Ability to effectively respond to dynamically changing work environment
Experience working with remote teams, vendors and contingent/SOW staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to interface with customers to gather business needs and to present solutions
Capable of effectively planning, prioritizing and executing tasks utilizing resources and tools.
Experience using Agile
