Sr Learning & Dev Consultant

Essential Functions: Contribute to retaining and growing advisors and Institutions by providing training on LPL Financial technology and business processing in a way that resonates with our client businesses and increases their adoption to drives efficiencies in their daily operations and business practices.

Required to become expert in LPL Financials technology offerings Maintain an awareness of competitors and 3rd party tools and be able to consult with clients effectively on those topics Advocate for clients in all client facing new initiative project meetings (use business acumen and client experience to help shape new tools & training resources) Conduct one-on-one client consulting at select LPL conferences Conduct virtual training for up to 200 + participants Teach 5-200+  clients in hands-on classroom training sessions, at LPL/AXA events and conferences,  

  • Presenting at events and conferences includes the innovative design and delivery of the agenda and content, in addition to being fully engaged in the logistics before, during and after the event (i.e. preparedness, surveys, and reporting out)
