Job Overview:
Position will function as a Product Experience/User Experience designer within our PX Center of Excellence and will work within the department to design and test approaches to new and existing on-line applications.
Responsibilities:
Provide user interface design on financial web applications.
Deliverables include project vision documentation, interactive designs, user feedback reports, and UI definition documents.
Helping build out wire frames to ready hand off to development teams

Requirements:
5 years experience in usable, on-line interactive design.
Experience with User Interface Design
programs such as Photoshop; Illustrator; Figma; Sketch and inVision.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Organized and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task over across a number of technology initiatives.
Core Competencies:
A user-centered design process is employed at LPL. A strong candidate for this position will be able to assist in usability testing, design ideation, wire-framing, and design execution.

Financial Services Experience
Miro experience is preferred.
Pay Range:
$87,280-$130,920/yearThe salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.Why LPL?
