Investor Focused Solutions—LPL’s team of employee advisors that provides advice and service to more than 300,000 investors —helps LPL affiliated Advisors and Enterprises grow by serving end investors on their behalf.
The SVP, Investor Focused Solutions role leads a number of important functions that are essential to the success of the business:
• Advice and Sales– a rapidly expanding team of employee advisors who operate under a virtual, team-based sales model to drive client engagement • Client Services – a team of Service Professionals responsible for efficiently handling inbound inquiries and common service requests • Operations—centralized team responsible for the operational and administrative functions that enable the Advice and Sales team to effectively partner with clients to achieve their goals
Field engagement—leadership of programs and strategies to drive client acquisition via partial book purchases from Independent Advisors looking to create capacity in their business
Advisor and investor experience—strategic oversight of LeadGen programs, client outreach campaigns and the end-to-end experience for key constituents, including end-investors served by IFS
Lead the day-to-day operations of the business, including driving productivity, maximizing efficiency, leveraging a standard approach for serving investors directly and ensuring the business is well positioned to significantly increase its client acquisition efforts
Create a culture of growth, ensuring that client needs are at the center of all activities and that business objectives are being met
Partner across the organization to identify, develop and execute initiatives that provide a new layer of value to a wider range of advisors and enterprises
Partner with the Planning & Advice Services leadership team on the continued evolution of LPL’s offering and capabilities to meaningfully increase IFS’s contributions to the broader business as well as provide strategic leverage
Effectively leverage data to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and ensure projects and programs align to company priorities
Series 7, 66, 9/10 licensed (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study from an accredited college or university
15+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with experience in a call-center advisor model required
Desire to be part of an entrepreneurial team and an ability to succeed within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic, polished, professional demeanor
Ability to influence decisions and direction across the organization
Superior verbal, written, and listening skills, with an ability to adapt to different audiences
Consultative and relationship building skills a must
Team-player with a positive "can-do" attitude
Previous experience partnering with cross-functional teams and business leaders to manage, execute, and implement strategies that you designed
