We are currently looking to hire a System Engineer with Change Management experience to contribute toward the success of our Change Management and ITSM program. The Change Management resource is a senior process resource that possesses intermediate to advanced execution of Change Management activities such as the review of changes, facilitation of CAB meetings, creating and publishing change schedules, change reporting all leveraging ITSM best practices.
The Change Management resource works across application and infrastructure areas to ensure changes are documented according to operational and audit requirements. This resource is also responsible for change management training and supporting users through the lifecycle of changes for a moderate to large IT Services group.
- Responsible for the Change management process
- Facilitate the review and approval of changes
- Create and publish forward schedule of changes
- Facilitate CAB meetings
- Create and publish Change Management reports and dashboards
- Facilitate regular Change Management training
- Support change management users
What are we looking for?

- 5+ years’ experience within Change management
- Associates degree or similar career experience within ITSM
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently or with a team and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Self-starter with strong process skills
- Driven and Results Oriented
- Attention to Detail
- Experience with Service Now
