Talent Sourcing Manager

The Sourcing Manager is a newly created role to help us evolve our growing sourcing team.  We are seeking candidates who get excited about the hunt, and are always researching new channels to find people.  Someone who likes to build relationships across all levels, and guides the way for their team by setting clear and realistic expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of Talent Sourcers who proactively identify and attract passive talent
  • Develop data driven mechanisms to determine sourcing needs and align resources accordingly
  • Partner with the People Analytics team to identify potential forecasting gaps and to identify other talent trends to illustrate for senior leaders
  • Partner closely with the Employment Branding Specialist to ensure the team has compelling material for sourcing campaigns
  • Always be researching new sourcing tools and be sure the team has the platforms need to identify and attract diverse talent

Desired Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting
  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager
  • Demonstrated experience setting KPIs and performance standards for a sourcing or recruiting team
  • Demonstrated success building and executing sourcing strategies for all types of positions
  • Experience leveraging data to influence leaders and drive strategies regarding sourcing talent
  • Strong relationship and partnering skills
