Joining our team as a Consultant on ourRebalancing and Model Management support deskwill allow you to provide trading support to our financial advisors by offering an extraordinary quality service experience. Our trading team’s main priority is to create a reliable support system for our clients so they can easily grow their practice. Being flexible and adaptable to competing priorities will be key success factors for this position.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Rebalancing and Model Management Trading Support Desk provides system support and guidance to advisors regarding all aspects of our systems including model management, rebalancing functionality, and blocktrading tools. In addition to strong customer service skills, the Rebalancing consultant is expected to master all aspects of the system in order to educate and consult advisors on the best way to utilize system capabilities to obtain their desired objective(s). The Consultant will work closely with the Business Transition Partners (Recruiting) team to showcase Enhanced Trading’s capabilities to prospective LPL Financial advisors and then help them train and onboard the advisor once in the onboarding process. Consultants should maintain a working knowledge about equity, option, ETF and mutual fund products, the markets, as well as a strong understanding of market impact and execution complexities of large trades. In addition, Consultants must maintain strong knowledge of the Enhanced Trading System capabilities and rebalancing methodologies.
In addition to the typical 15-25 inbound calls a day, Rebalancing consultants will support advisor-facing virtual demonstrations, educational workshops around key functionality, as well as partner with Technology agile project management. A strong background or experience in agile project management, public speaking, coaching and talent development is a plus.
Consultants are also expected to support LPL’s volume contingency plan (VCP) by training and supporting Equity Trading and/or Mutual Fund Trading in a VCP capacity.

Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of financial services, preferably in Trading
Series 7 required
Strong MS Office skills required and Beta, Siebel, ClientWorks experience preferred
Knowledge of Mutual Funds, equities and options
Knowledge of trading regulations and requirements
Experience with Jira Project Management software and QA/UAT testing preferred
