Virtual Admin Manager

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervision of team of 10- 12 Virtual Admins and 1 Rapid Response Associate
  • Review phone calls, emails and other advisor communications for accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage team to ensure team metrics are being met (i.e., availability, scheduled adherence, etc.)
  • Be a resource to virtual admin team to answer questions and assist with escalations resulting in a positive advisor experience.
  • Work internally to resolve advisor issues or trends
  • Review and analyze data for trends
  • Participate in onboarding calls with new advisors joining the Virtual Admin program.
  • Pro-actively contact advisors quarterly to gauge satisfaction with Virtual Admin program.
  • Identify and solution for team needs/gaps
