The LPL Insurance Associates team within LPL’s National Sales & Consulting division is looking for an experienced Advanced Sales leader that will serve as driver of LPLIA insurance Advanced Sales team. You will partner with our high-end independent advisors and institutional teams to train on Advanced Planning content, and work directly with affluent focused financial advisors to help them on their high premium cases.
Partner with high-end advisors on complex insurance cases
Train advisors on complex estate planning and business uses of life insurance
Work directly with HNW clients and their CPAs, Advisors and Attorney’s on complex cases
Lead a team of affluent focused sales consultants
Conducting training and marketing presentations at LPL conferences
Develop proprietary content for marketing (e.g., case studies, etc.)
All other duties as assigned by management

BGA or Carrier experience in the Advanced Sales area
Strong knowledge of life insurance sales concepts related to advanced planning (E.g., ILITS, GRATs, intentionally defect trusts, etc.)
Ability to work directly with HNW clients, advisors and CPAs
Strong presentation skills
Strong leadership skills
JD degree required. Additional focus on tax planning preferred.
High level of self-motivation is required
World-leading customer service skills is required
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast paced environment is required
Effective communication and writing skills are required
Ability to work within a team and take the initiative

144,000-216,000/yearThe salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location. This position is also eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
