Job Overview

LPL’s Business Solutions is seeking marketing technologist who will be responsible for our rapidly growing Digital Sales Enablement team. The DSE Team defines and develops technology to support our Business Solutions Sales and Marketing objectives. This includes lead generation through targeted campaigns and referral programs, pipeline management, forecasting & quota tracking, enable end to end digital sales processes and deliver new management capabilities to ensure consistent sales execution, apply campaign attribution, monitor results and provide insights and analytics for improvement. In particular, this Product Manager position will focus on website impressions, search engine analytics and LBS platform measurements, security & back office / integration requirements to ensure that our digital sales experience is simple, elegant and optimized. What will you do?

  • Determine  needs and desires through interviews, market research, competitive research and sales insights to support the marketing needs of our small business customers
  • Define and execute the product roadmap, timeline, deliverables and milestones
  • Work with agile business and technology teams to deliver a tightly integrated, successful solution with required features/functionalities, overall performance, user experience, pricing and operational model.
  • Rollout and train the team on new technologies; identify bugs and open issues related to new releases
  • Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features; gather and adapt to user feedback; determine necessary enhancements
  • Research and recommend new marketing technology solutions, and ensure that all systems are tightly integrated with one another and meet compliance, legal, risk mandates and meet/exceed business requirements
  • Work with third-party companies, as needed

What does your success look like in the first 90 days

  • Assess our existing product portfolio & projects in-flight
  • Build relationships with your team and broader organization
  • Ensure continued satisfaction of existing customers
  • Refine and hone the detailed end to end integration plan and provide input to the overall Digital Sales Enablement roadmap

What skills, experiences, and education are required?

  • Experience with digital marketing technology including email campaign management, social media, SEO, website management, platform subscription management & upsell/ cross sell strategies
  • Previous experience working with technical product teams to develop Agile product strategies.
  • 7+ years of professional technology or business experience within product management, business analysis or project management roles
