The VP, Product Manager role will oversee the product development lifecycle for analytical products. Analytical products consist of reusable applications, models, or tools that leverages data to augment business decisions, processes, or engagement opportunities. The VP, Product Manager will partner closely with advanced analytics, business stakeholders, and technology team members to ensure the desirability, feasibility, and viability of analytical products.
Be the subject matter expert on our users and their needs and desires, through customer interviews, product analytics, user feedback sessions, and insight from internal partners
Define long-term technology product development roadmap, key features/capabilities, and manage the development cycles with clear schedules, deliverables and milestones
Develop and monitor metrics to track the success of products and features and inform future iterations
Work with a diverse group of cross-functional teams to ensure creative and continuous improvements
Develop deep analysis and understanding on how advisor behavior and marketplace events impact advisor growth and associated product sales

What are we looking for?

5+ years of experience in product management
3+ years of experience developing, cultivating, and leading strong, high-performing teams in an agile environment
Ability to work on a cross-functional team and drive outcomes, in some cases without having direct authority
Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to interact with partners, including developing, presenting and gaining approval on any business
Expert communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to present materials to the highest levels in the organization and serve as one of the recognized subject matter experts on the team
Agile and/or SAFe trainings and certifications
Knowledge of UI/UX fundamental principles
Experience building new analytical products
Experience with a programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python, R)
