VP, Technical Lead

Job Overview:

The VP, Technical Lead is a senior level developer role allowing for both hands on development combined with team lead responsibilities including code reviews and coaching, liaison with enterprise architecture, leading design session and helping guide the transformation and modernization of a large suite of applications focused mainly on LPL’s various complex systems that support our operations as a Broker Dealer. 


  • Lead the team to begin to leverage process automation and robotics.

  • Full stack .Net developer

  • Participate and guide transformation to modernized cloud based platforms including MS Dynamics, Box, AWS (deep experience not required or expected)

  • Directly interact with Product Management and Architecture to help define product roadmaps

What are we looking for?

  • Proven and extensive experience in the full range of standard development platforms (.Net, SQL, Angular, C#, Web APIs)

  • Highly competent in, JIRA, TeamCity and Octopus DevOps tools.

  • Extensive success at delivering via the Agile development process.

  • Proven leader of a high performing development team and a champion of promoting diversity, equity and inclusion

  • Highly skilled at verbal and written communication as well as quality, concise presentations to senior management.


  • Experience in Business Process Modeling apps (such as AppWay or similar platforms)

  • Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ESB in relation to enterprise Integrations

  • High interest and some exposure to Cloud Based platforms such as MS Dynamics, AWS, and Box

  • High interest and some exposure to process automation tools such as WorkFusion
