In this role, you will be part of team that develops and implements Talent Strategy principles across the organization utilizing our change management framework. You will support CIOs and their leaders by building and executing talent strategies that align to our framework and principles.
Assist in building the 3-5 year Technology Talent Strategy framework and reporting
Will proactively engage with our Core Delivery Partner Relationship Management teams, Finance, and Sourcing/Procurement to help execute talent strategies
Strategically develop, implement and optimize talent processes, tools and policies to achieve performance objectives
The Business Operations Consultant will also support the CIOs and their leaders with Finance planning or special projects as it relates to long term planning, talent, or efficiency opportunities
Create governance and build insights on monthly talent and financial activities
Support Technology managers with all RFPs related to the talent strategy in close collaboration with our internal partners
Oversee monitoring of resource performance against contractual obligations to ensure overall effectiveness of resources provided services with the utilization of vendor performance dashboards, scorecards and/or reports
Proactively engage with Corporate Departments to support initiatives and strategies associated with key metrics for the unique partnership and the growth of that partnership

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
5-10 years of working in Technology Business Management:
Experience building and executing large scale technology talent strategies
Experience in collecting and analyzing data, including financial management
Experience with sourcing, procurement, and vendor management
Experience with Technology Transformation and Change Management
Experience working directly with Technology leaders to implement talent strategies
Experience with global technology partners
Solid creative problem solving skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Good knowledge of Supplier or Third Party Management
Proven Negotiation and Networking skills
