**The position will be located in-office, at the AmTrust Bank Branch, 5461 Sheridan St, Hollywood, FL 33021. The candidate must be willing to commute to this location daily**
Job Overview:
The primary role of the Investment Sales Assistant (ISA) is to provide administrative support to an advisor or team of advisors, including any and all daily, monthly, and annual tasks. The ISA helps the advisor maintain his or her practice and deliver positive results for the advisor’s clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer services skills (both verbal and written), and a proven ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and prepare materials for client meetings
Keep client management systems up-to-date with client information
Maintain client records and records retention management within corporate requirements, transitioning paper files into the client’s electronic file in ClientWorks for existing clients.
Assist with information and documentation requirements for new accounts, transfers, and more
Conduct proactive outreach to clients and advisors on time sensitive activities (e.g., RMDs, Client’s Quarterly/Annual Reviews)
Manage account activities that are operational in nature – new accounts, cash management, transfers, and account maintenance (e.g., periodic distributions, debits, data input of Annuity Order Entry System.)
Assist in the on-boarding and training of new team members
Assume ownership of inquiries and requests; communicate with internal departments to ensure clients’ expectations for timely service delivery are met
Educate clients on account services, capabilities, and new technology – eSignature, paperless statements, Account View (client portal), My Rep Chat, etc.
Document all client interactions in ClientWorks Notes
Complete required corporate training on new technologies and follow implementation guidelines

Series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered ISAs only); LPL will sponsor training and study materials
Preferences:
Bi-lingual (English, Spanish)
Prior customer service experience in the financial services industry
Knowledgeable in financial planning and use of planning software
Working knowledge of the Consultative Sales Process

Pay Range:
16.00-24.00/hour
The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location. This position is also eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
