The Large Practice Relationship Management team is accountable for advisor satisfaction and retention. The Analyst, supports our Large Practice RM Team, including our VP Relationship Managers (Regional Territories) and Internal Relationship Managers. The LP Team serves LPLs Independent Advisors with assets > $100M AUM and above. The LP Team is responsible for gaining a thorough understanding of the advisor’s practice. We execute on objectives to drive client satisfaction, loyalty, retention and a customized differentiated advisor experience.
Advocacy & Complex Problem Solving: Our clients run complex businesses and have a wide variety of situations that need a partner. We are available to advocate, guide, escalate to and get things done across the firm. We don’t give up until our clients are satisfied. The Analyst will support the regional team in these efforts.
Uncover Referral Opportunities Across the Firm: Helping Advisors navigate LPL is what we do. We seek to understand our client’s business priorities and create the right connections across the firm for subject matter expert assistance. Our clients don’t need to where to go, or who to speak to, that’s us! We’ll find the right team, if we are not that person already.
Connection: Being big should be empowering, it should mean more connections, wide reach of support and access to industry best practices. We make big feel small but creating connections across LPL with both peers and LPL corporate colleagues through study groups and regional or virtual events. Our clients always have a connection at LPL and our role is to help broaden their network.
Industry Trends and Updates: There is so much to be on top of. We are here to ensure clients don’t miss the big things and the items that matter most to them. We keep them informed and know that running a business means our proactive outreach is valued so they don’t have to worry about missing something essential.
Conference and Event Support: LPL offers a variety of ways for advisors to connect, learn and stay informed through an expansive conferences and events schedule. We offer support to design the right experience for advisor’s businesses to connect them to the right education & information strategy. We also customize more focused, small events that bring like-minded advisors together throughout the year.
Earning Client Loyalty: Our role is to ensure LPL earns client loyalty and build a stronger tomorrow through seeking, embracing and acting on client feedback in order to ensure it gets to the right team for the right action every time.
Support strategic initiatives and execution of Large Practice Team/Regional deliverables
Support the team with entering Salesforce cases involving complex problems and capital requests
Run and analyze various Salesforce reports for regional activities or advisor segment data
Proactively monitor and analyze emerging trends and developments from regional teams to help identify opportunities to guide and execute newsletter development, content and territory campaigns and communications
Track and report regional and conference event attendance and data
Participate and support in ad-hoc projects that propel team initiatives forward, including providing professional presentation collateral, content, data and analysis about our advisors or curating communications to our advisors
Ensure an exemplary advisor experience by coordinating with internal partners through discussion and communication to meet and exceed advisor expectations; acute focus to detail and follow up on all pending advisor requests and assignments
Build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to develop innovative solutions for an industry-leading advisor experience
Develop and maintain expert awareness of the firm’s business lines, affiliation models and deep understanding of the independent advisors’ practice

Bachelor's degree; A major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred
Minimum of 2-4 years experience in the financial services industry in a sales or service support role preferred
A passion for financial services and brokerage industry with a broad understanding of brokerage and advisory products
Defined analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business opportunities within the context of the role
Ability to effectively analyze situations and trends, applying solutions to achieve resolution
Experience managing small scale projects who is able to start from scratch, convey project goals and milestones, inspire action and drive multi-stakeholder deliverables
Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Proven demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and thrive in a fast paced environment
Ability to identify and balance the needs of multi-stakeholders and juggle competing priorities
Proficient in Salesforce, including report generation and dashboards
Experience with Smartsheet, and MS Office suite, with proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills are required
