Job Overview:
BlazePortfolio is seeking an exceptional Technical Implementation Analyst that has what it takes to ensure the success of our clients. The analyst will become a product expert and will lead implementations of our model rebalancing and trade management platform. The Analyst will have the opportunity to develop and lead their own initiatives including product enhancements. The ideal candidate will have both a strong technical aptitude for software and the communication skills necessary to thrive in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities:
Be a product expert
Lead software implementations for new clients
Proactively manage client relationships and projects
Provide technical product support
Create knowledge base articles and training programs for end-users
Assist in writing technical specifications for our development team
Product functional testing and evaluation (QA)
Improve internal business processes and best practices

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Technology or related field of study
1-3 years implementation or project management experience
1-3 years of training process and documentation experience
1-3 years of experience with agile software development methodologies

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

Experience with financial concepts and financial software products
Demonstrated IT skills or experience with database and server

Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of either system methodologies, preferably scaled agile
