Job Overview:
As a thought leader to evolve and improve client engagement across National Sales & Marketing, but with a firm-wide lens, the VP, Product and Program Manager will support Design & Delivery of programs that touch our clients; managing the programs and/or products end-to-end in early phases of their lifecycle. Measured by influence on Net Promoter Scores, Client Retention and Growth in net new assets. This role will focus on engagement opportunities that touch all clients, regardless of affiliation model, and/or affiliation specific programs that are unique to sub-sets of clients across our ecosystem. The role with work cross-functionally with a wide variety of departments to bring experiments to life, and scale thereafter, so a strong ability to collaborate and influence others is needed.
Responsibilities:
Leads discovery and design of areas for improvement, or gaps in products/programs that improve how our client engagement with LPL daily through human interactions
Client insight gathering and analysis to prioritize efforts, and determine firm ROI at the on-set
Facilitating critical thinking groups with executives and cross-functional partners to ensure we are solving the root cause and right problems, then gain alignment of how we may approach a solution, and test our theories
Works closest with National Sales & Marketing leadership and key stakeholders to drive OKR’s of the business unit, while collaborating around the firm to gain wide variety of perspectives to consider as well as change management needs for delivery
Manages multiple efforts at once through various states of backlog, discovery, incubation and acceleration with ease and a high intensity of organizational structure and frameworks; including annual planning
Responsible for executive and experience oversight, including investment cases and planning
Contributes to monthly performance reporting for NSM Client Engagement, Innovation and Delivery that align to business unit OKR’s

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years professional experience in financial services, wealth management, preferably in an affiliate or franchise model environment
5+ years’ experience preparing and presenting for C-Suite interactions and business case reviews
Core Competencies:
Flexible and adaptable to change
Proven people management track record
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong group facilitation skills and entrepreneurial spirit
Culturally sensitive and team oriented with outstanding influencing skills
Expert level proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite: (min. Excel, PowerPoint required)
Reliable self-starter, with a collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across any organization
Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau
Preferences:
Master’s Degree
Bachelor’s in strategy, business management or finance, with combined education or work related experience
Preferred experience working with Financial Advisors or running a business directly
Prior success with launching new programs, products or service offerings
Proven track record of collaborating successfully across multiple business units or functions
Demonstrated ability and desire to influence, and work, with high performing executive leadership teams
Pay Range:
$132,560-$198,840/year
The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
